The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Foundation Inc. of Prince George's County was formed by a group of new leaders in the County to serve as a leadership organization to educate and train our youth and communities on the principles and teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. while addressing critical issues in our County. The Foundation was incorporated as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.

Through its strategic plan, reliable communications system, the Foundation will be open, visible and transparent. Leaders and members will be held accountable. Board members are expected to be trained and active and we hope to have members who are interested in not only helping the foundation but also interested in helping existing organizations and the community.
